A couple of days after, I received a cultural fit test by email. This step is quite easy. For example, you have to choose between two statements: I always do my best to inspire others or I gather enough information before making a decision. The link to the test expired after four days. If you passed this stage, you get a "situational strengths test" after a couple of days. You have to pick up or to rank answers according to a scenario. I now have to wait at least a week to get a feedback.
