I got a first round interview through my campus career services. The first round is obligatory for them to everyone so don't take it too seriously. I had an amazing interview. Within hours I received an email saying I wasn't qualified for this job. Don't bother going unless your GPA is a 3.0 or higher

Next, an online interview with two people (mine were an HR rep and a general manager for one of the branches). Finally, a plant tour and an on-site interview with a panel from senior management.
