I applied online - normal application form (CV, cover letter..). Then you have to do a series of tests: a cultural fit test, a situational strengths test and a logical test. The logical test focusses mainly on your reasoning skills; you get a statement and have to say what it implies. It's approximately twenty questions and you get to choose the language in which you want to conduct the test. The next round is a phone interview, it's supposed to be mainly motivational questions. I'm currently in this phase.

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.

First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
