Colloquio
The proccess itself was quite long. I applied in October and finished the selection proccess in February. First phase is logical and culture-fit games.
After that, there is a video interview where they let you choose between 2 topics. After that, they give you an hour to prepare for your 3-min video presentation.
If you pass, they call you for the Assessment day, when there is a personal interview and a group interview.
Last phase is a competency-based interview with a few managers.

1. Online assessment with tests and games (≈2 hours) 2. Video interview (prep a question and present it) (≈1.5h) 3. Abi day: full day of business case games and interview + networking (≈8 hours) 4. Final panel: a round if questions with other candidates for the program (≈1.5h)
