If you pass this, you are invited to an ABI Day (assessment centre), where you are put through various group tasks, as well as individual interviews.

Then half a day worth of lectures, Q&A with alumni, pauses in between and your interview with a top manager. They want you to be maximum energetic and concise, a lot of stressful business cases

Long multiple step process: First aptitude test, followed by an online business case, then ABI Day with various group projects and individual interviews, then lastly a final interview with senior leaders. Most important things they look for: international backgrounds, english proficiency, leadership, good listeners, good awareness of the company.
