I had a basic telephone interview which was around 10-15 minutes. They were relatively simple motivational questions about why you are interested in the role and the company. Also there were some questions on the challenges the industry is facing and how you can tackle these challenges. I am still yet to hear back following the telephone interview.

I was around 4 months, after the final panel I got a message with a "Thanks for your applications, but you are not selected", after 4 months of process, more than 5 interviews, and 3 assessments

Plataforma Cognisses, donde hay test de personalidad, pruebas de razonamiento, multitasking, etc. Después, debes realizar una Prueba de inglés que contiene lecturas y audios. Luego, viene la primera entrevista donde debes resolver un Business Case (con 4 candidatos más).
