I got to the final panel interview for the UK program. The information previously given by others is correct and accurate.
However, the Final Panel interview is what I am here to talk about. You are basically put into a room with other potential trainees and some C level managers. They then ask you some really ridiculous and rude questions under the guise that they are 'testing' you. However, if you have already done an internship this is not the case; they will love you.
Basically, all the people I met from the company were extremely nice people until I met the C level managers. These people were unfriendly and disrespectful; not something I expect from educated business professionals. In the end, the previous interns were given the positions which goes against their so-called 'meritocratic' culture. I feel I was there to make up numbers of candidates who did not complete an internship at AB InBev. Too much hassle for the length of time the whole interview process takes.

Online assessments then an assessment centre in Belgium, if successful followed up with a final panel interview in Belgium, difficult but an interesting experience. Be prepared to try and stand out in a a large group.

First round: game-based assesments
Second round: virtual case preparation (1 hour preparation time to make a comprehensive 3 minute pitch)
Third round: Group Assessment day (2 interviews + business case game while constantly being monitored)
Final round: panel interview together with other candidates, you hear each other's answers and are being monitored on when and what you answer. Tough questions from a panel of 4 senior managers.
