I applied online, did a test and an interview. Three weeks after the interview I received an invitation for the assessment centre, and they said that more details would follow soon. After 1,5 month, I received an email stating that they had to close the program because the places had already been filled. Extremely unprofessional.

First they select candidates on CV and an online test. After this selection, you get an interview over Skype. This is conducted by an selectioncompany and is in your own language, but the interviewer will switch to English without a warning, to see how you deal with it. After the Skype interview you get an invitation to the First Assessment day. Here a presentation of AB-Inbev is given and you will do a group assignment. It is important that you speak up and have meaningful contributions to the discussion and to be the one that manages the process in a structured way. You immediately hear if you are also invited to the second part of the assessmentday, or that the process ends there.
