2 interviews. 1st with line manger, 2nd with National Account Manager. General questions such as, why would you like for us, what are your strengths and weaknesses, what do you know about the company, etc.

Applied online, took approx 2 weeks to get the screening call. This was good and relaxed, but they couldn't really give any information about the job role on the screening, I was told I'd have to ask questions if I made it to the next stage. It took approx another week to get to the first interview stage. These were both over video chat.

I was told that they wanted someone who could "dream big" and this was a conversation rather than an interview. But it became very clear this conversation was them waiting to hear me say the phrase "dream big" before we could move further.
The person interviewing also couldn't really give more specifics or expectations outside of the JD so it didn't really come across like there was a lot of belief in what they wanted.
There was also an HR person on the call to make sure the obligatory question - how do you deal with conflict - was asked.
