You have to do a record interview. There are 6 questions that you have 30 seconds to think about the answer and 1 minute to reply. If you pass, they send an email to schedule another interview that last 30 minutes to talk about yourself, ambitions, and ask about how you would act in some situations.

Initial application with games, Hirevue (asked about celebrities, rockstars and beer associations with them) then final panel with senior stakeholders. Be positive and know the beer industry decently well and you should be fine!
