Round 1 - interview with HR. Round 2 - Computer test for basic math skills, logic, and personality test. Round 3 - Interview with Brewmaster,Supervisor, HR, Assistant Brewmaster. Rount 4 - "Roll Play" Phone interview to test job duties like making a brew schedule, handling difficult employees, etc.
