1. HR Screening asking basic questions but they're looking for you to reference some of their top 10 values so give that a google before!
2. Interview with one of the team members + HR rep. The team member just read off pre-selected questions (looking for references to their values again) and the HR rep just records your answers
There should be another round but it's been 10 working days and I haven't heard back, emailed my HR contact and there's radio silence.
Not great from a big company and it felt more like a box ticking exercise.
