1st round - CV screening
2nd round - Online tests: logical, strength-based
3rd round - phone intervew - gerenal questions about you, your motivation, company and market knowledge (15 min. approx)
4th round - phone strenght-based interview (1h) + case interview (45h; your are given a 15 pages document with a lot of data and numbers and several questions to answer, 30 mins to go through the data and come up with certain conclusions and recommendations, 15 mins for presentation and qna session)
5th round - ABI day (assessment center in local ABI office): with 20+ other candidates you will pass through individual interviews, group business cases, "games" and exercises. Be sure to shine and be ready to talk about yourself, your decisions and to provide feedback to other candidates and even interviewers
5th round - Final panel (you are put in a room with 2-4 other candidates and 8+ directors/senior managers): be ready to present yourself to the board, nicely and smoothly, to talk about your motivation, thoughts, don't be afraid to ask questions
