Half hour strengths based telephone interview. Loads of questions are fired at you, so brush up on your strengths. You then get sent a case study, and have 30 mins to look at it, before the interviewer phones you back, and you tell them your conclusions from the case study. After this there is a lot more stages, but didn't proceed.
