Lange procedure, de eerste volle dag is online en is veel in het teken van samenwerken. De laatste ronde is intensief, je hebt een groepsinterview en de interviewers hebben duidelijk hun zinnen gezet op een kandidaat. Ik ben afgewezen en ben later benaderd via LinkedIn of ik wil solliciteren, erg slordig!

Ze stellen een hoop vragen, de gekste vraag vond ik “hoeveel banden moet KLM per jaar inkopen” ik snap het nut ervan maar dit was helemaal niet relevant.

Game based assessment followed by multiple interview rounds- HR rounds, guesstimate, case study, group interview. It is difficult to clear all rounds. Game assessment is in hirevue, practice this, it's not very easy with time limits.
