I applied online, and received an email to set up a phone interview, where I was asked mostly basic questions. At the end of that we scheduled an in-person interview for the next week. I met with a panel of interviewers, who all took turns asking questions about my experience, and then asked for any questions from me. After the interview, I heard back from them about a week later.
