My first interview was with the president of the company. It was a brief explanation of what they do there and who they work with. It was a more relaxed interview then most i had been on. She was extremely nice and asked me some great questions: who do i look up to most and why. What was one of my favorite leadership moments and why. Can i see myself in a management/owner roll managing 30+ people.
