You just have to appear and they take everyone. hiring is the main focus and they call people in office and take basic interview just checking the personality. they force employees to do fresher hiring and if you resign you have to hire in place of yours otherwise wont allow you to go.

The Placement Interview Process was good enough where there were 3 rounds and in each round, we were asked a different set of questions. Each Round has a Shortlisting criteria and and people were shortlisted on the basis of their Marketing ideas and skillsets.

Friendly, very engaging. It was on video so at first it was a bit weird to get the hang of but the interviewer made me feel very relaxed and at ease. The interview was made up on about 6 questions, was more like a conversation
