I would like to provide the feedback about the interviewer and interview process.
I came at your company premises yesterday for the post of .Net Developer.Interviewer were too rude during asking the questions. When she asks question, it was always ask about terminology, when I said could you elaborate it, she replied , you must be aware of terminology.There were 4-5 questions asks about the terminology. And said that you have to google about the terminology.There were many other things in my resume to be asked but she didn't .It seems that she was not interested in taking the interview.It was nothing personal about it.It was not the matter that I have selected or not.But Interviewer should be polite first.

The interview process was smooth, structured, and well communicated.
1. HR Call & Job Description
Initial HR discussion covering the role, responsibilities, and overall job description.
2. First Technical Round (India Team – ~1 hour)
Focused on frontend fundamentals including Vue.js, React, Next.js, and CSS. Discussion-based technical questions.
3. Second Technical + Coding Round (Europe Team – 2 Interviewers)
Combination of technical discussion, live coding, and fixing a small code snippet.
4. Third Round – Pure Coding (Europe Team)
DSA / Algorithms round with live coding and detailed explanation of the approach and logic.
5. Fourth Round – Managerial & Product Discussion
Discussion around managerial responsibilities, team expectations, product overview, and the type of work involved.
6. HR Round – Salary Discussion
Final discussion on compensation and offer details.
Result: Received the offer 🎉
Overall, the process was very smooth and professional. Nikita helped me a lot throughout the entire interview process, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
