I think the interview process was direct and to the point. You have to sell yourself juat like any other job interview. I appreciate the direct and honest approach. Let's face it ... isn't every business some type of Pyramid scheme. As I has seen people questioning. My goodness, if your boss isn't making money off your hard work regardless of the position or the explanation, you are living in a unrealistic world. You are only employed because you are assisting the upper hand daily. The reason people attack a company as this one is because they are not be recognized for their dedication and hard work.
