I went through several rounds of interviews with Another Source - I believe around 4. One of the rounds was about an hour call with one of the staff members, doing "practice recruitment", which was a unique exercise. I highly enjoyed meeting these team members and was sad to hear that I didn't receive the job.

Can you give me an example of when you’ve used your emotional intelligence in the workplace.
Professional, human, thorough, and impressive. This team knows what they're doing, and do it very well. They are transparent in their process, and follow through. Their questions are deep and layered and quickly weed out someone who is interested in a role as opposed to someone just going through the motions.
