I applied for the position on Indeed and then received a response back about scheduling a phone interview; the phone interview was nice and went well. They then sent me the skills assessment and computer requirements which I filled out that same day. I was told someone would call by Wednesday and no one did so I assume I may have been overqualified. I got asked general customer service questions.
