Although I was told I would be interviewing with the Executive Director, when I arrived for the interview it was a team interview with ED, Board Treasurer and a Senior Staff member. This was unfortunate, because preparation for a 1:1 interview is different than preparation for a team interview. There were questions that I wanted to ask the ED that would not have been appropriate in a team interview. Red flag.
