Single interview for an hour. Could have expressed requirements better in the job description. Was not as informal as I expected it to be. Interviewer was skilled and had sufficient technical knowledge.

Basically, they had an HR phone screening followed by an interview with two engineers (1 manager and 1 sr. r&d engineer). The first call was about 15 minutes, and the second was between 45 mins - 1 hour.

1. first part is the phone screen asking about eligibility and background information
2. second part is technical interview asking specific skills (python, ansys software) and project experience in school
