Firstly, I received a call from the talent acquisition manager who wanted to assess my interest and verify my work authorization status. Then two interviews with the hiring manager, followed by approximately 90 minutes presentation and Q&A about my research to the entire team.

Several steps. First a probing interview by a recruiter (from Ansys, not external), then another interview with a recruiter.
Second round was a technical interview with HR and a technical manager.
Third round was another technical interview with a technical manager.
Fourth round was an in person interview where I had to present a technical topic for 10-15 min for a technical manager and an application engineer.
