Long waiting time between first and second interview. Had to interview with CEO, not sure if really needed but was good to meet the ceo. Could have been more efficient

Ant Group’s recruitment process took around three weeks, starting from application and screening, followed by hiring manager interviews, and finally reaching the HR stage for personality, communication, and overall fit evaluation.
3 rounds of interview:
- Line manager: major in background understanding, working experience dicussion, work scope etc.
- Director of department: negotiation in personality, motivation and company culture
- HR: Motivation, salary, expected onboard date etc
