I was interviewed for a Business Development role. I had 2 conversations on the phone before arriving for a fac2 to face interview. The role and other details were explained well, the office location and a calendar was shared in advance and the follow up was well in place. Interview was detailed, a separate sales round and a technical round. The office really looked great, the vibe, people seemed all friendly and professional. On arrival, HR made me comfortable and the interviewer seemed friendly to an extent that I did not feel it was a formal interview. Overall it was a great experience, interview was a combination of questions that revolved around Task orientation, need for money, Motivation in life and Industry knowledge and their expectations along with some situational questions. I was also given the feedback within 24 hrs.

Very quick turnaround time. Three rounds of interviews. Very generic in nature. One with experienced staff, with the trainer and the managing director. Selection was quick and offer rolled out within a week
