Colloquio
Rather brief and very to the point, Interviewer didn't seem very interested in the conversation from the start. Did not go over job characteristics either but overall not completely negative of an experience

Colloquio
The interview starts with personal questions irrelevant to the job and then it moves on to education and experience. Eventually, they'll fill you in on the ridiculous amount of blocks you're expected to cut (I'm serious, you'll be shocked) and you'll be asked if you think you can handle that level of productivity (you can't). I honestly think this is the only metric they take into consideration.
Afterwards, they'll give you a tour of the lab. The first thing you'll notice in the lab is how filthy it is. Stray ribbons, wax residue on every surface, microtomes that look like they've never been cleaned, you get the idea. And, y'know, it totally makes sense that the lab would be that dirty. What histotech would have the time for routine cleaning when the quotas are so high? I'd wager that they're just barely meeting their quotas, if at all, by the end of their shift working full speed the whole time. Finally, you'll be walked out of the front door where you'll be told that they'll have a decision in a few days.
Personally, I would avoid this place like the plague unless you're desperate. The quotas are unreasonable and the pay is below average.
