Very detailed process with a lot of questions regarding your University GPA. Took about 1.5 hr. Questions are varies from your most & least favorite subject during university years to job specific. Some are generic but mostly about yourself

Fairly straightforward - interviewed with HR, then x2 VP's of construction on two separate occasions. More of a discussion and ensuring alignment. We went through my resume and caught up that the company was hiring people who have strong work ethic.
