First had phone screen with HR, then online interview with hiring manager. I was told they received a lot of applications so it would take possibly 4-6 weeks to follow up. After 4 weeks I contacted HR and asked for an update but never heard back. 3 months after my interview I heard through my network they hired someone. No one ever followed up via email or otherwise to let me know I didn't get the job.
