Very pleasant interview. Easy back and forth, engaging conversation. Upon leaving, I felt like I understood the role, had been able to communicate my strengths and experience, and understood next steps. And then I was ghosted, despite assurance that I would be hearing back. Perhaps there's a lack of communication between HR and hiring managers?
