The interview process was very informal. I never formally applied for the position, but expressed interest to my current manager, who passed my information along to the manager of another store. Interview questions were primarily directed toward customer service, but it was clear that the purpose of the interview was simply to get a feel for my personality, as they were looking for a bubbly presence to boost staff morale.

We sat at a couch in the store and talked. The interview was very friendly. At the end of the interview she had me pick out three outfits.
