Straightforward interviews, clear expectations. The interview has 4 stages, starting with an IQ quiz, then HR interview, previous entrepreneurial experience and case study, and finally technical interview for tech founders or business interview for non-tech founders.

Disrespectful, rude and processed by inexperienced junior.
Applied, invited to complete written application and aptitude test. Then asked for telephone interview:-
- Junior conducted the interview; it was quite obvious that the interview was being chaired by someone junior as merely read off a list of questions with no discussion around the answers. The risk here is that given lack of experience, junior (on behalf of Antler) is unable to genuinely get to know the candidate, their skills or attributes, so good candidates could get missed.
- Junior confirmed Antler wanted to proceed with face-to-face interview which I declined as the rules in Singapore amidst co-vid were tightening and I did not want to expose my family and requested video conference. 12hrs later another email sharing I had not been successful. Was this a clerical error or because of the refusal for F2F?
- When questioned ‘successful’ email, followed by ‘unsuccessful’ emails - there was no apology until pushed, NO interview feedback.
- When I questioned the process with a senior staff member, I was told I was unsuccessful due to low aptitude which felt like an excuse and a dig at me given I was invited to a telephone interview POST the aptitude test.
Basically incredibly unprofessional.
