Two round interviews. First is phone interview and second is Skype. The first interview is all the test of you Java knowledge. I was asked several Java knowledge and some of them is really the interval part of JAVA. And then I was asked some SQL question but not as many as JAVA. The second interview is group interview via Skype. One manage along with his teammate asked questions to me. And they are very friendly and make me feel relaxed. The manage asked some knowledge of algorithm and data structure aimed to know how well you know them.

As an ICC, the interview for this job is challenging. Although coding was relatively easy, many theoretical Java questions were asked in interviews, making it difficult. The passing rate(1st interview and eval) was about 50%-60%
The interview process was structured and clear, consisting of several rounds that tested both coding skills and understanding of fundamental concepts in my field. From the initial application to scheduling interviews and answering any questions I had, the HR personnel were prompt and clear in their communications. The company was quick to inform me of their decision after the final interview round, which I appreciated greatly.
