Virtual meeting for interview the day after I received a phone call to establish a time that works for the interview and a confirmation email. The person interviewing me made me feel very comfortable by being very nice and friendly but was very direct about the hiring g process and what would be required of me once hired

It was a video interview with a recruiter asking very basic questions to make sure you had all of the required technical equipment as they don’t provide you with any equipment to do the job. Basic behavioral interview questions time tell me about a time when you dealt with an upset customer

Relaxed and pleasant interview, basic competency and behavioural questions, however it would be ideal if tests were conducted prior to the interview as to be more time efficient. After a seemingly successful interview its possible to trip up on the tests. On a side note you may be expected to purchase an adaptor for ethernet connection since most modern laptops don't have ethernet capability built in, this is without knowing if you got the job. Overall pleasant experience though.
