I appreciated how the early stages were focused on assessing my general fit and understanding of the role, while the later ones were more in-depth and allowed me to demonstrate my problem-solving abilities and how I think under pressure. The interviewers were professional yet approachable, which made it easier to engage in a genuine conversation rather than feeling overly formal.

The recruitment process at Aon was comprehensive and multi-stage. It began with an online assessment evaluating numerical and situational judgment skills. I was then invited to complete a prerecorded video interview assessing my motivation and communication abilities. After that, I progressed to the final assessment center, which included group exercises, case studies, and one-to-one interviews with managers. This stage focused on analytical thinking, teamwork, and commercial awareness. Successfully completing these steps led to my offer for the summer internship at Aon.
