There were two rounds - Manager and Director.
We spoke about my past experience - questions around that.
Since this was an accounts payable job they asked - what checks need to be done before payment, explain the AP cycle, will you move forward with payment if it's urgent but there are no approvals in place, etc.

First Round - HR call - they will ask about your experience, salary expectation and they will explain about the job role
After getting shortlisted in HR Call
Second Round - Test (need to attend offline) which includes
i. Test on Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Ac based on TB given,
ii. Test on Excel formulas - V Lookup, H Lookup, Text to Column, If condition, sumif condition
iii. Email Test - Write a mail to client asking for information
Third Round - Technical Interview with two Managers - They will ask about basic accounting(accruals, deferrals, prepaid-can be meaning, entries, effect in fs)
They will take so much time to take interview further steps.
Its better to apply other jobs simultaneously because after waiting for nearly 2 months i didnt even get a reply from them that i didnt cleared my technical round. They wont respond to our calls and mails.
After applying for the job HR Call took a week from application and after HR Call it took a week to schedule my offline test, again 2 weeks to schedule interview, after that they didnt informed about interview status even after waiting for a month.

The Process was very smooth. It was started with a technical aptitude test followed by two technical interviews. The Interviewers make you feel very comfortable. Technical as well as behavioral and situation-based questions were asked.
