Submitted my resume through indeed and they followed up with a video interview. Super day with numerous interviews with managers was the next round. The interviews with the hiring managers were very in depth and covered my background extensively and had a case study portion. Succeeding in the interview required preparing and knowing a good amount about the reinsurance business.

A couple behavioral with a loose technical interview. Not too bad but one or two stats questions, as well as questions related to what scenario planning and hypotheticals related to a catastrophe

What are the different assets you would consider during a hurricane
Aptitude test followed by technical round and then the final HR round. It was easy to moderate interview experience and the interviewer was friendly as well. He did not make me feel tensed at all. I answered all the questions with a calm and composed mindset
