Applied through campus career fair. Heard from HR after a month.
1) Phone screening with HR 20min: very basic questions
2) Onsite with 6 people: very pleasant but intense experience, 30min/person, mostly resume and behavioral questions

What are the most difficult technical & non-technical projects you've worked on?
1st round: phone screening with HR. 2nd round;”: 4 back to back 30 minute-long inperson interviews. It took about 2-3 weeks to hear back from the HR, overall positive experience.

The process was entertaining and educative, I was asked to introduce my self. Why did apply for Aon?
I am legal in Poland? What did I study? Salary expectations? I am eligible to relocation?
They notified me about the interview less than 48 hours before hand. The interview itself was very standard and not extremely difficult. I never heard from them afterwards, which was frustrating.
