HR e-mailed me and asked me to provide them with pre-screening questions. I did this, and they e-mailed back within 5 business days. I was given a time for an itnerview (I rescheduled) and interviewed a day later. The interview consisted of a few easy discussion questions at first, then I was told about the organization, how the chain of command would work, where my upward mobility lies, and what kind of work it takes to get to each stage. After this was discussed, I was asked two specific behavioral questions.
