Awesome. It was a conversation. Never felt like an interview. Process itself was pretty streamlined. I had a telephone interview followed by 5, 30 min interviews with the team. The interviewees ranged from junior team members to senior VP and included people from both actuarial and non actuarial tracks.

First there was an application online which was not difficult. Then a primary video interview through a computer system (no live person). Final round was a series of 4/5 interviews with different team members.
