there were two tests. one was aptitude test with some excel questions . the other one was a basic english multiple question test.after that i got a call for face to face interview.

I was interviewed at their noida office.They were really polite and welcoming.first, they asked me some basic HR questions and everything that was written on my CV.then there were some technical question also.
1st round: phone screening with HR. 2nd round;”: 4 back to back 30 minute-long inperson interviews. It took about 2-3 weeks to hear back from the HR, overall positive experience.

The process was entertaining and educative, I was asked to introduce my self. Why did apply for Aon?
I am legal in Poland? What did I study? Salary expectations? I am eligible to relocation?
They notified me about the interview less than 48 hours before hand. The interview itself was very standard and not extremely difficult. I never heard from them afterwards, which was frustrating.

They asked 2 probability questions and I was given 10 minutes each
