My experience at the aon interview was good overall. The GD round was competitive and challenging. Overall the process was nice and they asked many questions on the current topics.

Colloquio
It took me 4 months before I received their response regarding my application. I started applying last August 2022 and took a month before they response about the next step. Then after I took the exams, it takes them about 3 weeks again to response about the result. Then they let me take an exam again because of “restructuring” reason for their department. After my final interview, it took them months before they said that I am not accepted. It was full of 4 months of frustration because of their mixed signals about my application. I just really thought that I will be accepted because I passed both of my exams and I reached their final interview.
