Colloquio
We started with 700 students in the campus drive.
Stage 1.1 (Online Assessment - Home): We took a Google Form exam remotely. 104 students cleared this round.
Stage 1.2 (Proctored Assessment - College): We gave a second exam on-campus using mounted cameras. 52 students were selected to move forward.
Stage 2 (Extempore): All 52 students participated in a quick-fire speaking round to test communication.
Stage 3 (The Final Interview): 15 students were shortlisted for the final interview.
The Pattern: The interview focused on three areas: Introduction, Technical Review (Cisco Cyber Security internship and OWASP basics), and HR/Situational questions (family background, 5-year plan, and handling competing offers like the TCS 3.5 LPA).

It was easy. The aptitude test was conducted only, with no coding. Those who were qualified for the aptitude test were called for an interview.
