I applied through a 3rd party recruiter and was called a few days later for a phone screening , took an assessment and shortly after was asked to come in for an interview which was very fun, I was invited for a second interview and was offered the position a few hours later.

Quick. The initial call was a phone screen, then followed with a brief video call. After that was an in person interview at the office. The entire process was less than a week before receiving an offer.

Very casual but straight to the point. Will ask about previous experience as well as what you are looking for etc. Make sure your knowledge of excel is intact, will be needed on a daily basics.
