I applied online. After a few days, they contacted me via email to set up a telephone interview. The person contacting me was very helpful and the interview was scheduled for the time most suitable for me. I was interviewed by a technical lead from the team, and had questions asked about OOP, Java (my chosen language) and more interpersonal ones. The interview went great, the interviewer was very nice and friendly, and steered me into the right direction when I got nervous/stuck.

They do some tests during interview. Therefore, it's very important to revise all software engineering concepts before the interview. Also, there maybe different type of questions such as past experiences with software development or programming languages that you are good at etc ...
