Worked with a staffing agency. Had a phone interview with two managers and it lasted around 25 minutes. Very warm, friendly and easygoing over the phone. I didn't have an in-person interview, they only needed a phone interview to hire me. They each took turns asking me questions, in total about 7-9. They were personable and very understanding when I felt nervous or choked up on the phone.
