I first had a video call with the lab manager, also director and co-founder of the company. After this I was invited to an in-person interview, expenses covered by ApconiX. Unfortunately it was towards the end of Covid restrictions and I was unable to attend, however they moved it to an online video call. I first had to give a presentation to the team I would be working with, and later that day I had a call with 2 people from other teams who asked me more about my soft skills and my personality. They care deeply about who they hire and want to make sure it is a good fit in the team, not just someone with good skills.
