Operate the mixing, application and drying equipment to apply our Apeel solution to fresh produce (fruits and vegetables). Before and after our treatment, you clean and disinfect the systems in accordance with the regulations to meet the food safety requirements. You will work closely with the Operations Engineers in performing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal operation of the equipment. Initiate and implement process improvements. Manage inventory levels of Apeel products, parts and consumables, in collaboration with the Field Services Supervisor and the Warehouse Manager. Collect and analyze data on the quality of Apeel-treated fruit. Work closely with Process Engineers to optimize performance. Maintaining relationships with customers, their staff and internal Apeel teams.
