My experience with Apex DMIT’s recruitment process was disappointing. While the job role sounded promising, the process felt unnecessarily prolonged and lacked transparency. I underwent an initial phone interview, a written exam, a presentation task based on an 8-hour audiobook, and a 3-day overnight assessment. Despite completing all tasks, there was no interim feedback or clarity on areas for improvement. The effort required was significant, yet the rejection email provided no constructive feedback. For future candidates, I hope they streamline their process to respect applicants' time and efforts.
